Is Colmadotech a software company or a construction company?
We are one company with two specialized divisions: Software (custom development, AI, automation, cloud and data) and Architecture (design, structural engineering and civil construction). We share a team, quality standards and a single point of contact.
Can I hire only one of the divisions?
Yes. You can work with Software or Architecture separately, depending on what you need today. If your project requires both —for example, digitalizing a construction site operation— we coordinate the teams under one lead.
Do you take on projects outside the region?
We mainly work in the Colombian Pacific region and handle projects remotely across the country. For construction, we review location and logistics before confirming the scope.
